The actuality: from day to day, out world has been changed gradually form one condition to another The revolution of new ideas always comes up to the minds of every person, especially the idea to improve technology which people need to make the living better. As the result, modem technology has been bringing people certain advantages such as ways for fast communication, the improvement of traveling, and good health care medical treatment. However, loneliness, world destruction weapons, pollution, and sameness of lifestyle are brought by modern technology, too. There are advantages and disadvantages of modern technology. Modern technology has played a big role in changing the entertainment industry. In the other side there exists number of disadvantages.

The aim: advantages such as: Convenience in Education: Learning is a process and it is part of our daily lives. Social Networking: Modern technology has made it simple to discover our old friends and also discover new people to network with.

Efficiency and Productivity: Modern technology has helped businesses increase production.

Improved Entertainment: modern technology has played a big role in changing the entertainment industry. In the other side there exists number of disadvantages.

Increased loneliness social Isolation is on the increase, people are spending more time playing video games, learning how to use new modem technologies, using social networks and they neglect their real life. Job Loss: Modern technology has replaced many humans; robots are doing of the jobs which used to be done by humans. Advantages and disadvantages are equal but we should use techniques wisely, otherwise it works not for the improving people’s life. People who use it for negative purpose, must be punished. For this purpose mechanism can be drawn. Legislation should also be done against cybercrime. If we use modern technology positively we can serve humanity. In conclusion opinions are not good or bad in their existence. We cannot save ourselves from negative effects of technology by putting barriers in the way of it. Those individuals, who use it for negative purpose, must be punished. For this purpose mechanism can be drawn. Legislation should also be done against cyber - crime. If we use modern technology positively, we can serve humanity. But on the contrary, if we use it in negative ways, the result will be the opposite. Therefore, all sections of society should Jon hands, in a positive way. Bur one thing should be kept in mind that technology is just like a river in Hood. Nowadays, so restrictions are not the solution. So, Because of few draw hacks, we cannot ignore the bright side of the picture.

HEALTHY CHILD - HEALTHY GENERATION
Z. U. Kholova. student of 2nd course
Tashkent pharmaceutical institute. Tashkent city
Languages chair
Scientific tutor: H. Maksudova

The actuality: today's youth in recent years to its own. Healthy lifestyle among young people, unfortunately, loses its popularity, and more addicted to bad habits. Sometimes doctors say that to consolidate the habit affects heredity. Of course, it is important that the child sees the first days of his life, the kind of family environment, or it gets. An example of his father and mother, or elders in the family imposes a lasting impression on the young fledgling consciousness.

The aim: over the past decade, consumption of alcoholic products has taken such dimensions that threaten not only the present but also the future of humanity. Our country in this respect, unfortunately, is no exception. “Upbringing healthy generation - is creation of foundation of great state, basis for wealthy life”. These words of President Islam Karimov, told during the first years of independence identified the main goal of the country for future, priorities of state policy. Doing so, Uzbekistan from the first days of independence, looking at long-term perspective, put the fundamental and noble aim: our children must be more clever, stronger, wiser and of course more happy, then we are. When the family is happy? If woman is happy. And when woman is happy? If her children are healthy. For this purpose it is necessary to shape the healthy atmosphere in the family, and this means, that parents have to do sports themselves, said Islam Karimov. In 2014, which is declared the Year of healthy child in our country, the scale of this work will further grow. There will be continued the work on strengthening healthy life styles in the society, increasing the level of medical culture of population, development of mass sports, especially for children. Health and development of the child involved and medical institutions, and parents. Parents - in the first place. It is important that doctors and teachers, and mothers with fathers were constructive dialogue, listening to each other. Then and only then can we talk about saving and growth of children's health. Foreign experts have noted that in Uzbekistan applied a new approach to maternal and child health, education comprehensively developed generation gives positive results and serves as a model for many countries of the world, confirms the effectiveness of the strong social policy.

Consclusion: our main concern - the health of children. Child's health begins with the health of future mothers. Protecting the health of our children - a question of national importance. Take care of the health of a child - and then throughout life, it let you down !!

SOLAR ENERGY”

M.Rahmonova - 3 rd year student
The Tashkent pharmaceutical institute, Tashkent city
Languages Chair

Scientific tutor - teacher A.E.Abdullayeva

The actuality: solar Energy is the energy of sunlight collected and used to provide electricity, to heat water, and to heat or cool homes, businesses or industry. Sunlight is a clean, renewable source of energy. It is a sustainable resource, meaning it doesn't run out, but can be maintained because the sun shines almost every day. Coal or gas are not sustainable or renewable: once they are gone, there is none left. More and more people are wanting to use clean, renewable energy such as solar, wind, geothermal steam and others. It is called 'Green Power'.

The aim: environmental Impact Although Solar energy is considered to be one of the cleanest and renewable sources of energy among the available sources but is has some environmental impacts too. Solar energy uses photovoltaic cells to produce solar power. However, manufacturing the photovoltaic cells to produces that energy requires silicon and produces some waste products. Inappropriate handling of these materials may lead to hazardous exposure to humans and the environment. Installing solar power plants may require large piece of land, which may impact existing ecosystems. Solar energy does not pollute the air when converted to electricity by solar panels. It is found in abundance and does not help in global warming. Future Of Solar Energy Solar technology is now poised to play a larger role in the future, thanks to new developments that could result in lower costs and improved efficiency. In fact, the solar PV industry aims to provide half of all new U.S.

electricity generation by 2025. More and more architects are recognizing the value of active and passive solar and learning how to effectively incorporate it into building designs. Solar hot water systems can compete economically with conventional systems in some areas. Perhaps the future is here now. Shell has predicted that 50% of the world’s energy will come from renewable sources by 2040. In recent years manufacturing costs of photovoltaic cells has dropped by 3-5% per year while government subsidies have increased. While to some such facts about solar energy seem trivial, this makes solar energy an ever-more affordable energy source. In the next few years it is expected that millions of households in the world will be using solar energy as the trends in USA and Japan show. Aggressive financial incentives in Germany and Japan have made these countries global leaders in solar deployment for years.

The aim: thanks to the technology of photovoltaic cells, it is now possible to convert energy from the sun directly into electricity that can be used in the home. With solar electric systems, you can enjoy free inexhaustible, renewable power that is environment friendly as well. If you’re looking to move down the do it yourself path, this is by far the easiest, simplest and most inexpensive way I have found to get started with utilizing the infinite supply of energy from the sun. The supply is unlimited so it really just depends on how much of it we want to use. Run a small appliance or two or produce enough to replace your entire electric bill. It is all up to you.

The actuality: according to WHO (World Health Organization) Americans are the fattest people in the world. 55% of women and 63% of men over 25 are overweight or obese.

Compared to Europeans, Americans eat all the time” writes Joanna Coles, a British correspondent for the Guardian “At the hairdressers, in their cars, during colleges lectures, at the cinema ,where they arrive clutching monster buckets of pop-corn, Doberman sized hot-dogs and containers of diet Pepsi”

The aim: we live in the era of fast food culture. We are always in a hurry. We have no time to relax and enjoy a meal. We want to eat now and we want to eat fast. Every day a new McDonald”s restaurant opens somewhere on our planet.

Another reason is a lack of exercise. We spend too much time in front of our computers and TV sets. We walk less. because we prefer to use cars or public transport

MEDICINAL SPECIES OF MINT”

M. Abdulhaeva - 3rd year student
The Tashkent pharmaceutical institute, Tashkent city
Languages Chair

Scientific tutor: teacher A.E. Abdullayeva

The actuality: Mentha (mint) is a genus of about 25 species (and many hundreds of varieties) of flowering plants in the family Lamiaceae (Mint Family). Peppermint, cultivation.

The aim: Peppermint (Mentha x piperita, also known as M. balsamea Willd.) is a hybrid mint, a cross between water mint and spearmint. The plant, indigenous to Europe and the Middle East, is now widespread in cultivation in many regions of the world. It is found wild occasionally with its parent species. Peppermint was first described in 1753 by Carl Linnaeus from specimens that had been collected in England; he treated it as a species, but it is now universally agreed to be a hybrid.

It is a herbaceous rhizomatous perennial plant growing to 30-90 cm (12-35 in) tall, with smooth stems, square in cross section. The rhizomes are wide-spreading, fleshy, and bare fibrous roots. The leaves are from 4-9 cm (1.6-3.5 in) long and 1.5-4 cm (0.59-1.57 in) broad, dark green with reddish veins, and with an acute apex and coarsely toothed margins. The leaves and stems are usually slightly fuzzy. The flowers are purple, 6-8 mm (0.24-0.31 in) long, with a four-lobed corolla about 5 mm (0.20 in) diameter; they are produced in whorls (verticillasters) around the stem, forming thick, blunt spikes. Flowering is from mid to late summer. The chromosome number is variable, with 2n counts of 66, 72, 84, and 120 recorded. Peppermint is a fast-growing plant; once it sprouts, it spreads very quickly.

Cultivation. Peppermint generally grows best in moist, shaded locations, and expands by underground rhizomes. Young shoots are taken from old stocks and dibbled into the ground about 1.5 feet apart. They grow quickly and cover the ground with runners if it is permanently moist. For the home gardener, it is often grown in containers to restrict rapid spreading. It grows best with a good supply of water, without being water-logged, and planted in areas with part-sun to shade.

The leaves and flowering tops are used; they are collected as soon as the flowers begin to open and can be dried. The wild form of the plant is less suitable for this purpose, with cultivated plants having been selected for more and better oil content. They may be allowed to lie and wilt a little before distillation, or they may be taken directly to the still.

Menthaarvensis (field mint (Pudina,"Podina" in Hindi), wild mint or corn mint) is a species of mint with a circumboreal distribution. It is native to the temperate regions of Europe and western and central Asia, east to the Himalaya and eastern Siberia, and North America.

Wild mint is a herbaceous perennial plant generally growing to 10-60 cm (3.9-23.6 in) and rarely up to 100 cm (39 in) tall.

Consclusion: it has a creeping rootstock from which grow erect or semi-sprawling squarish stems. The leaves are in opposite pairs, simple, 2-6.5 cm (0.79-2.56 in) long and 1-2 cm (0.39

  1. 79 in) broad, hairy, and with a coarsely serrated margin. The flowers are pale purple (occasionally white or pink), in whorls on the stem at the bases of the leaves. Each flower is 3 to 4 mm (0.12 to 0.16 in) long and has a five-lobed hairy calyx, a four-lobed corolla with the uppermost lobe larger than the others and four stamens. The fruit is a two-chambered carpel.

I CHOOSE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE”

Sh. Toshpolatova - 2nd year student
The Tashkent pharmaceutical institute, Tashkent city
Languages Chair

Scientific tutor - teacher A.E.Abdullayeva

The actuality: most people know what lifestyle choices will keep the chances of a cancer diagnosis low: Don't smoke, eat healthy, exercise and get the recommended screenings. But, many Americans don't make those choices, and a new report suggests that lawmakers and private industry need to do more to help make those changes easier ones to make. Are there any practical rules for healthy living? Very few.

The aim: the formula for healthy life cannot be put into words — it can only be practised. Some people break the so-called health every day and escape punishment and some look after their health and don't live any longer in the end. There are hardly any rules worth having but there are some principles which will help to counteract the harmful genes. These principles are: love in childhood. Love from parents. Another principle is — healthy nutrition — with all elements in proper proportion. Then comes control of environment— air, water and especially the new pollutives. Remember, too, the animals — they have a right to share in the health we want for ourselves. Stresses are an essential part of being alive — but the art of life is to arrange rules that stress does not become strain. A healthy organism is extremely tough. It can withstand overwork, fatigue, anxiety, microbes — up to a certain point, of course. A personal belief— the most important element in a healthy life is some faith in life which mobilizes our faculties and makes the most of them. Perhaps these health principles seem too theoretical, but they are golden rules which can stretch our powers and help us in our fight against harmful genes. For anyone who really wants to be healthy, fitness has become an integral part of their lives. A lot of health and fitness club, and public leisure centers indicate the popularity of sports during the past thirty years. There are many opportunities for keeping fit. First of all it's necessary to do exercises. Running, jumping, swimming, bending and stretching are among the most popular exercises. Many people prefer jogging, which is the cheapest and the most accessible sport. Popular running competitions are now held everywhere. The big city marathons have become sporting events. A healthy body becomes a fashion, an ideal of the modern life. Many sports activities have become part of daily Russian life. Football has always been the most popular sport among boys. Playing football is healthy, football also bring people close because in order to win people have to work as a team. The best way to avoid depression caused by the city life is doing exercises.

Conclusion: taking exercise is only one part of keeping fit. It's important to get slim. Some people eat nothing but fruit for several days. But it won't be of any use without proper exercises. Besides to avoid serious disease one should give up smoking. Smoking should be banned in all public places. As for me, I'm interested in different kinds of sport. At school we have physical training lesson twice a week. I like to ski in winter. Sometimes the whole family goes skiing at the weekend. In summer I like to swim. I also do some cycling.

THE DISEASES OF ENDOCRINE SYSTEM

J. Rakhmonberdiyev -1st year student The Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute,Tashkent city Languages chair Scientific tutor: G. I .Musayeva

You know that there is no happiness for every people, which is dear as health. Because healthy people can receive profit from the life and his heart will be glad, when he sees his baby’s slime and he can hope to his future. As following words health has it's contrast: white and black; good and back; honest and dishonest. This word alarms to people who heard it-“disease”. Disease is a process, which one of the part of the human body does not work or work but not well. Every system of human bodymaybe it is Nervous system or Endocrine system in all of them there are some diseases. Let's talk about controlled system’s just endocrine system’s diseases. At first take into consideration that, constituents of endocrine system are glands. Between them hypophysis is the meanest and controller gland. Hypophysis separated nine kinds of hormones, 6 of them are separated in “front part“ ofhypophysis. Hormone somototrops is one of them and it controls protein function of cell. If somototrop increase there will be disease- gigantism, if it unincreased there will be -“nanism”.
